Before going into paid vpns, I was using Hide.me generous free tier. I have had no serious issues using it, speeds were actually reasonable, privacy focused and reliable! Have not tested streaming so I can not comment on that but I can gaurantee that even with the free tier.. gaming feels like a paid tier.
